Downloads, Shipping & Returns

Downloads:

All downloads are in a zipped file with the product code of the item as the file name. All downloadable products will be available through your account after payment has been processed. Downloads will be available for 30 days or 5 download attempts, which ever occurs first.

To download the file:

When your payment is completed, through PayPal, you will be returned to the site. On that page you will find a download link for the product you have purchased.

If you need to download after this you need to do the following:

  • Click on "My account" the red button at the top right
  • Log in with your email and password you created (if not logged in already)
  • Under "My orders" on the page, click on "View the orders I have made"
  • You will see your order listed there, on the right hand side of it click on the red "View" button
  • Down at the bottom you will find "Download links" and the product is listed there.

If you encounter a problem with a download please contact us with your order number so that we may make arrangements to send, or allow you to download, the file.

Postage:

On all nondownload items we offer FREE shipping to anywhere in the world. We use Australia Post to ship the item to you. We use their regular parcel service or standard letter service.

Delivery Times:

Australian Customers: Please allow 1 to 6 business days from the day we ship for your item to arrive.

International Customers: Depending on where in the world you are please allow between 3 and 30 business days from the day we ship for your item to arrive. Please see Customs, Taxes and Duties below.

Tracking and Insurance:

Australian Customers: If you would like us to register the item and send you a tracking number we will invoice you for the additional shipping fees. Registered mail includes insurance up to $100 in value. Please contact us prior to purchase for a quote, or leave an additional comment during checkout.

International Customers: If you would like us to register the item and send you the tracking information the cost is determined by the region of the world the item is sent to and its weight. Prices start over USD$10.00 (prices can be checked on the www.auspost.com.au website). We will invoice you for the additional shipping fees. Please contact us prior to purchase for a quote, or leave an additional comment during checkout.

Packaging:

We take great care to pack you items properly to insure they arrive safely.

  • For paper items we ship in a standard envelope.
  • For small items we ship using padded envelopes with bubble wrap inside.
  • For larger items we ship in mailing boxes with bubble wrap inside.

Handling:

Unless otherwise specified our handling time is usually between 1 and 3 business day from receipt of full payment. We try our best to ship as quickly as possible so that you get your item as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup:

We do not offer local pickup.

Customs, Taxes and Duties:

All prices listed and final values for Australian customers include Australian General Sales Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%

International buyers are responsible for any importation tax, duties or fees that may be levied in your country. Please make yourself aware of the importation and taxation requirements of your country prior to purchasing. By purchasing you agree that you are aware of these tariffs in all their forms and agree to pay them to your local collection authority.

International buyers must be aware of the importation restrictions in their country. Some of the items we sell may not be suitable for importation into your country and will be seized, or delayed, in customs. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive on time, or at all, due to customs restrictions in place for the item you purchased.

Customs forms are filled out with the category of merchandise that is being sent to you and with the Australian dollar value you paid for the item (excluding any postage). All articles are described as merchandise and not as gifts, or samples.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

We take great care to pack you items properly to insure they arrive safely.If a product is faulty or damaged and we have another identical item to exchange, or if a similar item exists we may offer you this instead (at our discretion) as a replacement.

We will consider returns under the following conditions:

  • Incorrectly described - if we accidentally described, categorised, or listed the item incorrectly. This does not include items where a description may not have been necessary or the photograph clearly shows a problem, fault, feature, attachment, accessory, or lack thereof, or where the listing clearly shows the category, class or condition the item was in.
  • The item is in the same condition it was when we sent it to you.
  • We are notified within 40 days of the payment date.
  • You discuss return with us prior to purchasing the item.
  • You will cover the cost of the return postage and handling.

We will not consider returns under the following conditions:

  • You change your mind.
  • You did not read the entire listing correctly or view the photographs in their entirety.
  • Someone else purchased using your account.
  • You do not communicate with us.
  • The item was damaged during shipping. By default items are shipped without insurance.
  • More than 40 days have passed since we posted the item.

We will refund or exchange when:

  • You return the item to us under the conditions above.
  • We are satisfied that your request is valid and falls within the Australian consumer guidelines for a refund.

We will not refund or exchange when:

  • You have not returned the item to us under the conditions above.
  • You seek a refund or exchange for an item amount greater than the Final Value price.
  • We are not satisfied that your request is valid or it does not fall within the Australian consumer guidelines for a refund.
